Biography
Michele Harvey lives in Denver, Colorado where she teaches in the Denver Public Schools when she’s not traveling and/or writing poetry. Her work is widely published including credits in The Litchfield Review, Main Channel Voices, Copper Nickel,
The Wazee Journal.
She has a poem forthcoming in the 2008 Ghost Road Press, Open Windows Anthology.
Her poetry chapbook, Ripped Railway Tickets, was published in 2006. Her haiku and tanka are published prolifically both here and in the United Kingdom. She is currently working on a renku collaboration with John Stevenson, the editor of Frogpond, the journal of the Haiku Society of America.
Michele Harvey is a member of the Colorado Authors’ League, The Denver Woman’s Press Club and Lighthouse Writers.
